Magnabend offers performance characteristics unlike conventional bending brakes.
Its electromagnetic keeper clamping system eliminates typical interference points and allows the user to form several complex shapes not previously possible.
This machine can handle all regular shapes in light ferrous and non-ferrous sheet metal up to 4 feet wide, at 18 gauge.
The Electromagnetic Design is designed to eliminate the hindrance of an upper beam with the introduction of an elongated electromagnet and keeper system
Self- Locator finds full length by spring-loaded steel locator balls
Production efficiency in repeat bends is provided by adjustable back gauge
Three hinges allow it to have a lighter bending beam without limiting durability and reliability
Bend angle gauge features adjustable stop for precise, efficient repeat bends
The safety button engages a light magnetic force on the keeper
